Join us and learn the art of meditation in this two part workshop. Discover how meditation will support you in creating and maintaining optimal health and well-being. Together we will study and practice several meditation techniques. This will allow you to discover a technique that is ideal for you. You will be given instructions that will help you begin and maintain a home meditation practice.
